You can log in as an Amazon Connect agent from your IPhone and IPad, make and receive calls as voice over Internet calls, transfer active calls to a quick connect endpoint or a phone number. If your mobile Internet is not reliable, you can also switch to your mobile phone line instead until you reach a reliable Wi-fi connection.
